Doing so requires them to keep a close pulse on stakeholder interests and perspectives to ensure program(s) are delivering value to stakeholders while also being strategically aligned with the goals and objectives of the business. These managers often work closely with Operations Managers and senior leadership to collect input and provide feedback on program performance. This role requires extensive program planning, management, and evaluation skills to ensure stakeholder initiatives are aligned with the business’s strategic goals.
