Interviews are the gateway to opportunity at work — but today, interviewing is a broken process. Instead of hiring candidates for skills and potential, existing practices make it too easy to rely on bias where educational background, pedigree, and likability heavily influence hiring decisions.
Hireguide uses skills-based, scientifically backed interviews to prevent bias from driving decisions. The outcome is mutually beneficial to businesses and candidates.
